Departure
Your room is available to you until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon availability and for an additional fee.

In emergencies you will find the hospital opposite. You can find out which doctors are on duty at reception. Our staff are there for you!

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in our hotel - but NOT in the sauna area.
We charge € 19.00 per night (excluding food). There may be additional costs for final cleaning.

E-Charging Station
"Vlott" on the go!
From now on, you can conveniently charge your electric car in our parking lot.
2 "Vlott" electric charging stations are available for a fee!

Electricity / Electricity in the room
The voltage in the room is 220 volts. In the rooms, you must insert your room card into the slot provided next to the entrance door in order to have electricity in the room.
When you remove the card, the room is automatically de-energized.

Our emergency exits are marked in green.

Fire alarm
There is a fire detector in every room which triggers an alarm if necessary. Never use the elevator in the event of an alarm - danger: ELECTRIC FAILURE

Festival shuttle bus
can be booked at reception until 16.30 hrs.

Fire department 
There is a direct connection to the fire department! The guest will be charged if the fire department is called out (due to smoking or dismantling the detectors).

Non-smokers
Our house is a completely non-smoking hotel. In case of violation, we will charge a cleaning fee of €500. 
If an alarm is triggered and a fire brigade operation is required, the responsible party will bear the associated costs (up to €1500).
Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the outdoor area.

There are approx. 100 free parking spaces available. There are also paid parking spaces opposite. We ask for your understanding that we cannot reserve parking spaces.

Our sauna is available daily from 17:00 to 22:00 on request.
